Well, just an update to my switch from netzero to hotdial. I now have had hotdial for over four months. I must say I LOVE IT!. I get connected and stay connected, (even in the peak hours) every time. I haven't had a problem with their billing department. Charges show up on my cc with out surcharges. My only question is do I get a referal fee if I send new customers your way? lol SWITCH NOW!!! After signing up with hotdial it made no sense for me as to why I used to pay $20.00 a month for the same thing throug different ISP. Hotdial has everything I need for $9.95 a month including newsgroups. A really great ISP! Brook P. Feb. 7th 2004

 

I signed up a week ago and have had no problems. Never get a busy signal and if I did there are 5 other local numbers just for my town. I guess they have like 50,000 numbers total so even when I go down to Florida this summer I can still use my Hotdial account down there. Thanks for the great service Hotdial! Trisha D. No offense, but if there are still people out there that think you have to pay 20 bucks a month for dialup, then you're fooling yourself. Man I am so glad I switched to hotdial! In my opinion, there's just no better ISP for me. There was only one time when I had to wait like 5 minutes for tech support, but as much as I call them (being the dumbest person with computers) I know they have pretty good tech-support. And believe me, I know the difference between good tech-support vs. bad tech-support being Hotdial is not my first ISP but will probably be my last! Scott B. July 22, 2004

I have only been with hotdial for a few days but I can already tell that they have great service. Compared to the more expensive ISP's there really isn't any noticeable differences. I connect just as well with hotdial as I did with earthstink. The only real difference I noticed is that Hotdial dosen't disconnect me all the time. I recommend hotdial. Jonny J. Jan. 24th 2005
